Karalexis Injured; Bout with Pettis Off

Veteran lightweight Alex Karalexis has suffered an injury that will prevent him from competing against undefeated prospect Anthony Pettis on Sept. 2.

The card will proceed with 10 action-packed fights emanating from the Covelli Centre in Youngstown, OH.

WEC’s inaugural trip to Ohio, headlined by an interim lightweight title bout between Donald Cerrone and Ben Henderson, can be watched on VERSUS beginning at 9PM EST on Sept. 2.
