The long-awaited World Extreme Cagefighting®  lightweight title unification bout between reigning champion Jamie Varner and interim champion Ben Henderson took place on Sunday, Jan. 10. If an explosive championship clash wasn’t enough, former featherweight titleholder Urijah Faber made his return in his hometown of Sacramento to face top-ranked contender Raphael Assuncao.

Plus, featherweight Mike Brown returned to the cage to take on the powerful Anthony Morrison, while lightweights Dave Jansen and Kamal Shalorus locked horns in an intriguing 155-pound battle.
