Thoughts on opponent, Phil Davis?  Phil Davis is an excellent wrestler, and I can appreciate him taking the fight on such short notice.

When and why did you start training for fighting? About three years ago. Because the guys didn’t look all that tough to me on TV.
 
What ranks and titles have you held? 
 
Do you have any heroes?  My mom, because it takes a lot to raise a beast like me
 
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC?  It’s like being on the VIP list of fighters
 
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? 
 
What was your job before you started fighting: Security in different clubs
 
Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? 3x high school state wrestling champion in SC. 2x freestyle wrestling state champion.
