Thoughts on opponent, Jared Hamman?  I don't think about my prey, I just pray for them. It doesn't matter what he's bringing to the table. I'm the only one going to eat!

Training: 11:00-12:30 stand up. 12:30-2:00 grappling. 4:00 6:00 exercise and weight training. A typical day of training for this fight is like any other day. Grapple and box until I can't any more.

When and why did you start training for fighting? About three years ago. Because the guys didn’t look all that tough to me on TV.

Do you have any heroes?  My mom, because it takes a lot to raise a beast like me
